Turn off the antivirus and again copy the crack from Rune folder to game folder if still doesn work uninstall game and turn off antivirus and again install game but before installing the tag copy contain from Rune folder. Game works perfectly i play few hours.

There was no saves because the Windows Security blocked the app to write files into the Documents folder.

AND steam_api64.rne, this one was the issue
I edited its name from steam_api64.rne to steam_api.rne
