Guys, for some reason game keep asking me for serial key, and I can’t start it before I enter the code. I did however installed the game, but can’t play it because of missing key. Please, someone help!

hi i have problem when the game is loading itsfrezing and breaking down. Did enyone have this problem ?
I started a campaign with Napoleon than started recruiting in the 1 turn…in the next turn I recieved gold from cities…but in the turn after the incoming from cities is 0(nothing)…is these happening to anybody else???
