This patch is for the skin tone sliders right? I installed it successfully and my game version now says V1.69.59.1020, but nothing has changed in CAS. Any ideas?
I too have the same problem as the last person.
Nothing changed in CAS or in the game initial menu.
I also tried this without any mods installed or any old saves.
Do not know how to make the update show.
This update is a fix for the bug that prevented dark skinned sims’ genetics ed on to the new generation.
You need to v1.69.57.1020 update for skintone sliders. (7.2 GB)
@Merissa i already installed that update before this one and nothing changed in CAS
so many bugs in this update, it cause more problem than i thought. i think there will be a new update from EA about it. I will stay with previous update rater than this one

I tried several times to and play The Sims 4 from here. Every time I tried to start it up it said that there were game files missing and wouldnt start. Even tried turning out my antivirus. Same thing happened. Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong?
