It do not host nor in direct conect.
How should i proceed?

I can’t get multiplayer to work either in this version. Only hotseat.

Anyway I bought the game either way.
To mods from the workshop all you have to do is befriend someone who has bought the game, he can them and send you the savefile. You put them in the right directory and they work.
