Mate that is some reaaaly bad PC….
Try to get Sniper Elite or Sniper Elite 2, this one will hardly work.
You could try Sniper Ghost as well.

i run this game smoothly in high graphics display / windowed mode on my potato pc intel i3 4130u ,intel HD 4400, 4gb RAM.
tips for low end pc like myself: i’d tweak my pc and recycled the unwanted program/system services disabled, and set to max performance etc.
ps:even f1 2015 i run smoothly on windowed mode on my pc.
