Solution Found:
1. Install game, don’t apply crack
2. run DLC installer, p.s. dlc includes patch and both dlc
3. apply this crack –>http://megagames.com/fixes/need-speed-shift-2-unleashed-v1020-all

why im facing a serial number activation?
You can also the SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED LEGEND PACK DLC on origin for free and it s the dlc on to the game

if u faced the cd key problem ….just press cancel and the installation will countinue
