in nexus mods had engine.ini to improve that, look for “Optimization Essentials” (Optimization Essentials – Stutter Performance Latency Fixed (v2.0 released))
3060 is still pretty ood if you don´t play 4k,ray shitting and all that,for 1080p is pretty good i have one im planning to get a 4080 just because i play and record also edit,12gb is not enough for me but if you only play pretty good gpu.
