more crashen then update before wtf *:S why do thay always relise game half done :S 4 crash same location now some radio tower on far right on map :S go down ladder to under ground and enter the room you have to and crash.
Update brake the game infinite crash at the far right on the map pick up some voice recorder under ground in a a place where there is a big antena pick up voice recorder crash 10 times in a row dont use this update to thay fix the game.

This ruined my installation, reduced my game size from 160gb to 68gb and the game obviously gives an error when I try to run it since it misses files.
And now I have to re- that 150gb and both 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 updates great….

LMAO you bots dont know how to unzip and install a simple update that takes several clicks to complete. Let me explain how this works for you. You have to install 1.0.1 then 1.0.2 and only then install 1.0.3. You unzip it, open the exe, select your game folder, choose your crack and install. It might take a few hours and DO NOT cancel the installation. Just installed it myself, update works, crack works, game works without any issues. Im using Rune version.
Just so all know the update is legit working its the game in of it self that need more fixes so i cont say if the 1.2 patch whu work in the area av stuck and get crash but like few says missing fils etc thats false Goldberg game then day 1 update then update 2 then 3 and it all works its the game it self that is just a mess at this point
This works perfectly for me.. And nothing goes wrong.. No crash.. No broken files..
For you who simply confused, this is the update for v1.0.2 of P2P or Rune/Codex.. If you doesn’t have version 1.0.2 from P2P or Rune/Codex, don’t install.. Especially if you have GOG version..
If you’re not sure about the version you installed, make a backup copy before installing this update.. So you can rollback / restore your game files..

personaly when i started gaming 30 years ago there was almost always a demo of every game to try .if it worked you bought it if i didnt you didnt buy. now days lazy assed developers just put out total shit and i for one am tired of throwing away my hard earned money.
for anyone who has used the p2p updates v0.1 and v0.2 on top of the RUNE version,this p2p v0.3 update corrupts and deletes files..the file size shrinks to around 70gb after applying this latest p2p v0.3 patch..i dont understand how anyone got this update to work with RUNE version..i have tried it multiple times now with same the result always(deletes files)..this p2p v0.3 update deletes files if you apply it over the RUNE version and your latest update is the p2p v0.2 update..do not apply this latest update without backing up your game first or just avoid if you have Rune version

Works Fine, Takes At Least 2H To Extract The Files, But The Update Works Great, Just Let The installer Be For Couple Of Hours, It Will Show Finish When It Finishes Installing Then You Good To GO

update Work fine it does take like almost 2 hrs to complete…Note You must have update 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 in order to this to work and not screw ur game you must be patient… Task Manager do not show u work load only memory use the file that do all the work is call htpatch.exe it does show u usage on task manager…if you canceled I dont know if u game will be damage just wait becase the installer on ur acreen do not move or do anything just beeps when u click it….But work 100% no viruses detected on my end… 🖖🏿 btw im running rune.
This update works on RUNE 100%. People who say it doesn’t or corrupted something are dumb, fearful cunts who abandoned the update installation. You gotta wait over an hour but it works.

I was a disbeliever myself about this update, but tried and voila. THIS UPDATE 100% WORKS with Rune version of the game, prior updated with 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 patches for the Rune version.
It was a bit of a process, a bit stuck on “Finalization”, but it came to an end with a completion screen. Then, I opted to the files, all was OK. Ran the game, started as usual, made its shaders and got to the start menu. I let the game create new shaders each time I update my video drivers or update it, otherwise I use a no shader startup mod from nexus.com
The game loaded my previous save without hassle. Played a few minutes just to check if there are not some game breaking bugs or crashes. Didn’t see anything like that and quit, came to write this comment of confidence for the update. I am not aware how big my STALKER2 folder was prior to this 1.0.3 update, but now it is exactly 154GB.
In short, as I wrote above, THIS 1.0.3 update works 100% with the Rune version of the game, updated with 1.0.1 and 1.0.2. Happy gaming, long live anti-corporative piracy and if you like the game and can afford it, buy it to the developers.
