I’ve got everything installed but when I go to try to play it I get an error and it says “Steam must be running to play this game.” Thought maybe it didn’t install all the SKIDROW files correctly so I go to move everything into the game’s folder and most of the stuff gets copied over except the steam_api.dll which says I need permission even though I’m the for my PC. Any help would be welcomed and thank you for ing this.

I heard some RTK series some got Japanese some luckily got English which are version 11 and version 12 I tried version 13 but Japanese language please beware.

Okay, I installed this game and replace all files with the cracks… But I notice something wrong.
The game goes back to main menu everytime I select one of the three last scenarios (including the 250s scenario).
Is there a way to fix that error?
Also, in my PC this game is slower than Nobunaga’s Ambition. How strange.

I have ed it and Confirmed that it has the English version but have to tick some option more.
– Guys carefully do not delete it soon If you had seen it before just choose the fourth button when u launch the game the ready to launch game we called “system settings”, at the first tab you must choose the drop down button then select the “English ” language option then enjoy yourself.

this is game includes English version alongside Japanese,Korean,Chinese languages
to make this game at it’s full screen mode( at the first is optioned in window screen) you
need just run the game’s launcher and then select the third option( is in Japanese) after
that from the first combo box you can select English for the game and the adjust it in
the full screen mode, that’s all you need, thank you very much SKIDROW*
Little question. I can only play Hero mode. When i try to create my own game i have a short loading screen with my character and then I´m always be brought back to the main screen. No matter if i try a fictional or historical game

I think I figured out why DLC scenarios aren’t loaded properly.
They were inside and (strangely) lacked name and description. Skidrow must be not properly configure the DLC in the steamapi.ini file. So they’re unreadable.
Please fix this, Skidrow!

There is no sound at menu screen and during gameplay. Sound does play during movie sequences though. Anyone found a workaround to this?

This game, despite 2 GB ram requirement, is still running slower in PCs with 4+ GB ram.
Better use only Nvidia or Radeon card during the play, and make sure that those cards has bigger VGA memory too. 1 GB isn’t enough.

I followed the instructions and installed the game and added the crack files, for some reason the steam_api.dll was always having issues on copying so it never copied. I cannot seem to get the games working due to the fact they keep taking me to steam. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Its a crack application problem. If your crack is properly applied, you shouldn’t have trouble running it.
Other than that, I suggest waiting for the PUK to come out.

happen to me as well, but only when I zoom in “too much”, i.e. viewing the city details – then all the events become very laggy.

I noticed you guys had already updated the latest version of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13 in 06072016. I’m a chinese cracker and my team was forced to disbanded due to this game. The Koei Tecmo put a lot of pressure on our team and we’re no longer to crack their games. We do appreciate about your team’s work and it means a lot to us. i found that cracked exe in some website, is it not much added like those full original main scenario ? Example : in ori main scenario have 3 pages playable, but this only 2. but yea there is a sceneario like when guan yu died.
i’ve found that patcher San13PK_en in vietnamn website, but the site where his ed it, can’t touch more than 100000 kbps to it. let say, you must pay first for his vip site, so fast will be available.
