     Not everyone had a steam , someone got banned and r so lazy or too proud to recreate one. Also some countries block steam. Lastly, some people simply love priates sites over steam. steam always pushed some garbage informations, it is not a thing in priated versions.

   It’s both a free Steam game and an Unreal 5 tech demo yet again. Apparently it runs like shit on the best PC’s and is about 10 minutes long when it works.
   If you want Half Life content look elsewhere cause this is crap.

   It is FREE on Steam ONLY IF you already have HALF-LIFE 2 in your library. Some morons just type in a comment with 0 knowledge and think they’re smart or something smh

     You are talking out of your arse! You do NOT require HL2 in any way because it is NOT a Source engine game.
     Nowhere on the Steam page does it say it requires HL2 and none of the reviewers say it requires HL2, You have just made this up because you wanted to sound clever and guess what? YOU are the prick.

       actually he is right – currently the steam errors with “no valid license found” when trying to run it or add to library
