So i beat the game with ‘bacteria’ on normal
the game tells me ‘virus’ is unlock, when i go to play a new game on virus it is NOT unlocked
this halts any game progress…is it some kind of piracy protection built in or something?
Help plz? maybe a patch?

this version fail to unlock any game progress.
u get the msg saying u got the unlock, but no progress is saved and u can still only use the bacteria and 2 DLC plagues ONLY.

Yes, definitely something wrong. You can’t unlock anything.
New plagues not unlocking. I won several times on normal with bacteria and despite the “Victory” pop up and the message that a unlocked a new plague and a gene not is unlocked when I start a new game.

As evil wrote, genes you normally unlock when beating on normal & + aren’t unlocked. So you can only play with the first one and the specials one (apes & vampires).

Is it just me or you can’t unlock other diseases?! Finished 2x, normal, everyone dead, afterwards it even says that I unlocked it, but nothing, not available.

installed fine and plays fine but new types of infections are not unlocking after game win, so i can only play bacteria mode of the ape or vampire one, anyone else having this problem?
