That’s how easy it is, and if you don’t have a ps4/xbox gamepad but some generic one, if you use x360ce and it doesn’t work, try using the 64-bit version. If that doesn’t work either then mess around with the hooks.
If you have dark blue screen at start, make sure your antivirus didn’t put crack files in Quarantine 😉
Personnaly, everything works fine ! We try to use hamachi with a friend to play together, the host can be but the one who have his game close once connected(The host see ” ‘pseudo’ connect to your party”… Anyone got an idea ?
Got a working steamfix that allows you to play multiplayer online. Someone else posted this on a different torrent site so I decided to share it here. I have tested it and it does work. Just copy the contents of the folder into your main Outward folder, copy over files, then run the “Outward Steam online.exe” as . Make sure a friend has the same fix and you can each others game.
In game just go to options and open your game up to online. Ass a name to your game. Have friend game. Done and done. WOOHOO!! Enjoy.

I ed the game, installed it, all right, I went to play, and I saw that the game is strange, the graphic is very bad, full of serration, the character’s hair looks like straw, the game menus are out of focus, the game is soundless, sound only enters when I start a battle, and as soon as I kill the enemy, the sounds end again … I found an npc that told me to rest, and it seems that time does not as rest, and I have to cancel the command, someone else’s game is also like this?

@mikael Yup it is legit, place in the folder (it will not replace any files and run the new .exe and as normal it will run “spacewar” on steam. then i think the only issue is the one every other player is having. I need a friend to test it so still got to confirm but seems legit.
Hey. Installed the game etc. Worked fine the first run. Wanted to quit, just to see if it saved progress or what happened. After that, I can’t open the game. Click the .exe, but it never opens. Tried as , rebooted etc. Any suggestions? 🙂

Multiplayer Working yesterday and now can’t connect a friend. Some fix ?
When I launch the same it starts windowed with like a greyish blue background, then opens my steam store page and goes the the games page then crashes. I am running it as and have my antivirus disabled. Any ideas why it is doing that? I tired to run it without steam but it just launches steam and does the same thing.
To everyone having issues with connecting with friends. If you have the steamfix it works but you have to do it like this. It’s not the Steamfix or the cracks fault.
Its the game. People that bought it are having the same issue. The only
way it works is if you both open your game. Both set the game open
online.. Then go to your steam freinds list. Click and your friends
game through steam. The first time you click it, it wont do anything.
Click it again and it should load you right in. Sounds crazy but it
works.
And yes the steamfix above is legit. I got it from a commenter at a different torrent site. 100% working. Me and my girlfriend been playing the crap out of it. The game does have a bug, not sure if its fixed yet. But if you can’t connect with a friend do this.. Both you and your friend set your game to be open online. Then go to steam friends and hit the button under the friend your trying to . It wont work the first time. Press it again, and it will load you right into the your friends game. Like I said this is a game issue, not a crack issue.

Thanks I have a virus now from the steam_api64.dll file. For anyone who’s curious the virus is called: Win32/Occamy.C. It even disabled functions of the Windows Anti Malware Security!

Larios. I also had the same problem. I have other Reloaded games on PC, but this is the only one in which Win. Defender prevents steam_api64.dll from being copied.
It simply prevents it at any cost.

For two player with 2 controllers, create a .txt file in Outward_Data named “CONTROLLERP2.txt”. That will put all the controller already connected to P2 and when u re on the menu. Pkug the second controller. Ez nab

Just put it into game directory, swap nick, change language in ini file for e.g english, works fine in LAN 🙂

Something is wrong with this .
I tried it out and i like the game so i got it officially from steam.
The pirated version made my pc run at 10C more than normal and the graphics are weird and glitched at times.
I would not be surprised if its mining in the background
