    The game is fun. Offline mode will save your game. DO NOT create a long facial hair character because it will drop your fps to hell. If you did, go to setting, gameplay, delete your old character, then create a new bald character.

    Some Tips if u have problems:

    -> If your mouse wont work, set the mousespeed to 0,5 in v and h.
    Don’t switch to fullscreen or you find yourselfe in a neverending loading slideshow.

    -> dont use long beards or long hair. for some reason i have way better fps without any hair at all

    Guys, any of you have this problem? Even after update 1.0.5. Did not try on 1.0.6. I ride my horse then sudden the game freez. I can look left – right – up – down but I can’t move. The animals near me are frozen onto running animation. I can even open the inventory and try to craft something but does not start. This all happen when the game froze. Is some random sh*t. Maybe after 5 min after game star, maybe 10 or 20, it is all random. The only fix is to exit the game to the main menu then rejon the game. Most of the time this happen when I ride the horse. Please, any of you have any fix for this annoying thing? I tried lowering the graphic setting but that did not fix.

    Jeff, the game is EA and you’r lucky – I very seldom get into single player(only twice) and no online servers show up for me.

    And i do strongly believe the Steven is the real deal, and I’m counting on him to deliver once agian, once he has 1.0.9 ready 😀

    @johnny, it’s a known bug. What I do for now, is get my homestead, remove everything from the horse and saddle, remove the saddle from the horse and leave it in my inventory. I also tend to remove the horseshoe too because that’s a little buggy too.

    This helps me not lose my saddle, BUT, when I log back in, it usually has the horse’s inventory and saddle inventory again, as if I never removed it. That is all the way to update 1.0.8.

    All I do, is take all the inventory, and make stuff with it, then store it, just in case the game notices…when I do that, it doesn’t and I had a lot of iron and wood, so I have tons of iron bars and planks.

    @DarkAvatar, I hope so! When I ask guys using the vanilla game, they do not have the same issue…so I’m a little worried. I need to hunt the bandits for seed money to get my gold exchange and mine(s).

    Either way, I do appreciate Steve’s work.

    @Lance, you have to apply all patches from 1.0.2, …, 1.0.7 for Steve’s 1.0.8 patch to work, then patch to 1.0.9, and it’s all good.

    @Blackflag, I thought the same, but it doesn’t matter. I applied patches 1.0.2, …, 1.0.9., and it just works! Let the hash check happen, and it does take up to 5 min (I have a recent i7, not ThreadRipper) even with little patches, don’t get excited like I did, except for being able to play this game in a beautiful environment!

I (we) would really appreciate it, as all of your previous work. Update v1.1.0 finally have the patched mineshaft(no lag anymore because of the lights) so it would be more than awesome to access it.      Hey, is anyone else getting a crash “fatal error” upon exiting a T2 mine? With updates 1.1.1 (or 1.1.0, I updated both today). I get placed 2.5 large squares away from my homestead on foot, and I have to jog back home with me gold, so Idc that much.

     I also lost my hired gun, when I got placed so far away, I assume because I had him on “stay” near the mine?

     Either way, ty Steve for all the updates. Idk if it’s a product of 1.1.0 or 1.1.1 because I waited to update to both until today, because there was an exploit I was using to be resource flush…

     Heya! Gr8 release and Nice job about the update patches, however if it’s not to much to ask would you mind doing an update patch for Version 1.0.1 aswell? I guess this release is already version 1.0.1 but i got my game from another site wich i regret now so i can’t use ur updates >_< Been searching for update patches for 1.0.1 but can't seem to find any. And my internet usage is limited at the time waiting for that fiber line lols so i don't want to have to re dl the entire game :3

     Anyway keep the good work up!

     Somehow I have trouble to update the Game. ed here; but already the first Patch Fail’s (wrong hash). Unchecking “validate hash” dont helps at all. I have some 1.1.3.-Version from somewhere else; but 1.1.4. dont recognices this.
     How about ing an already patched Game instead of having to gigs of patches…

     @Hans, we don’t want to down the complete game every week a patch comes out. That is like 18GB every week. The patches itself is mostly less than 1GB every week, and @Steven is is keeping this game alive for most of us.

     I got thee point Jack (already before)… but I still have the same problem: the ed source (as far as I from megaup) is not patchable. First patch (i think 1.02) already blames that some hash is wrong… and it instantly rolls back the patch. With Task-Kill I managed to keep the patched files… but than 2 files are missing what prevents you from doing the next patch and so on.
     So some intermediate version here and than would help.

     everytime i open the app after the loading screen it says something like
     fatal error:

     gamethread timed out waiting for rendererthread after 30.00 sec
