     Finished the game yesterday.
     Ys 8 is still GOAT.

     I hate to say it, but your girl companion is annoying AF and yes, Bossy.
     Too many uninteresting, lame side characters that I don’t give a fk about their sob stories.
     Also the final battle had potential but because they decided you’d fight 2 characters at the same time it became a complete cluster fk, you have no idea what’s going on because of attack spamming.

     Good parts?
     Honestly the main story is fine, sadly short.
     Gameplay as usual, top notch, responsive & fun.
     Also the music is good however the ost is limited so you’ll hear the same track repeated frequently.

     To me Ys 8 was a perfect 10/10.
     I give Ys 10 a 7/10.
