Select all four at the same time and then press right click on one of them (beware to all be selected) and select extract here. WinRAR (or what program you use) have to extract the contents of the 4 archives into a single folder. You understand ?
Bob, in most cases if you ed a game or program with multiple rar or zip files, select all of them and extract all and it should build the files from all rar directories. Then just run the installer if it has one. Hope this helps…

You can try ing VCRUNTIME140.dll from a .dll website and place it in System32 maybe?
Or in the game folder itself.
