Impossible de jouer, bloqué sur l’écran principal ou il nous dit de lancer Steam, merci de m’avoir fait perdre la blinde de temps avec ton truc qui ne fonctionne pas.
You need to go to \Last Epoch_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_emu.ini you have a line OFFLINE=0, you change it to OFFLINE=1 and you can play. It would have been cool to specify this directly.

can i play in multiplayer mode?
So I made it to work.
Open the notepad, sublime text, or Notpad++ and type this:
start “” “Last Epoch.exe” –offline
Save the file as a .bat
Execute the .bat
For whatever reason, only by running it via a .bat file, the game runs in offline mode.
