i confirm that only P2P crackfix using Goldberg works fine for steam version . TENOKE crack is bad . RUNE crack gives a black screen and Razor1911 proper release it is not a proper at all since they are propering a steam release with a crappy Microsoft DRM version .

The previous Indie is by P2P, which I believe is a crack of the Steam version of the game, but it has the problems that you stated (and I too, experienced).
This page, is for the crack by TENOKE, which I think is the Microsoft/Xbox version of the game. However, the TENOKE version also suffers from crack issues, different ones.
The crack above provided by Steven, did not work for me on THIS (TENOKE) version.
However, the LINK RIGHT ABOVE you that I linked, “SHOULD” be the fix to the TENOKE crack. It’s a crack fix by RAZOR1911.
I am currently ing this (TENOKE) file and will try the fix by RAZOR1911 I linked. (I got it from the CS.RIN forums)!

Can confirm, ing this cracked version (TENOKE) and installing it then installing the RAZOR1911 crack fix I linked above worked flawlessly. (Linked here again: https://filecrypt.co/Container/7D96D65BD6.html)
Inside the RAZOR1911 folder, just copy the “1911” folder and the 3 other files directly to your main game directory and just overwrite when prompted,
Able to launch and edit my settings. Able to quit and reopen the game with no black screen and not stuck at 100% shader pipeline issue!

Finally found a way to play this.. I’m rocking on AMD ryzen 9 9800x3d with Nvidia RTX 3080.. ed the P2P Version with The crackfix from Steven.. u just need to delete all the previous game saves and data from Document’s Saved folder.. Fresh start the game and do not change any setting in game options Except Screen resolution… If u change any setting other than screen resolution, The game will never go past start menu in the next boot.. Hope it helps someone..

You don’t play Indiana Jones. You play as his hands. If you want classic Indy action go back to Fate of Atlantis or Infernal Machine.
Infernal Machine sadly have a lot bugs but is the best Indiana Jones game if you can handle this bugs (use Cheat menu if Indy freeze). It’s a slower Tomb Raider OG with more focus on Puzzle.
