Can you help me? I cant’ run the game, it has a bug that wont render the graphics, it looks like the character is in middle air, i’m sure my pc can run the game so I don’t know what is the prob

i tried to open this file after ing it takes so much resources kinda lags my whole pc
my real problem is that when i tried to install my pc suddenly rebooted and the installation was interrupted when i tried to reinstall it said me to uninstall the game first which i did from control yet it says to uninstall it and the setup closes
forgot to give my pc config >.< hoping to get some help
