     Hey man. I see you around here a lot. Kinda new here so I’m not sure what I’m doing but, I know there’s an online fix going around for the game. It just doesn’t seem to work.

     Any idea about this? there’s an older here in Skidrow with that online fix but again, the game just doesn’t even open when you have the online fix on it.

     I’m assuming you guys are not responsible for said fix? maybe I should look elsewhere?

       The site is in russian but you can translate it with the google translate widget at the top on the page.
       You need to for the links to show up, I’d just use a trashmail service for that.

       After you’ve ed scroll down until you see the “ the fix from the server” button and click on that. On the page that opens navigate in the “Fix Repair” folder and the “Enshrouded_Fix_Repair_Steam_V2_Generic.rar”. The fix works with the versions from here. Just unpack the content of the rar into the game folder and overwrite if prompted. Make sure that your antivirus software won’t remove any files or else it won’t work.

       Unfortunately, the game still won’t open. Same error as always keeps popping up.
       “Failed to load OnlineFix64.dll from the list.
       Error code:126”

       Not sure what the problem is. All I know is, if I take the winmm.dll file out, the game does open, but obviously the online fix doesn’t seem to function

       The fix works, believe me. The problem is that most of the time the OnlineFix64.dll is what gets flagged as a virus/game hack by Microsoft Defender. MS defender will automatically remove the file every time you unpack it, no matter how often you retry, until you manually allow it in the MS Defender settings. I’m sure if you check your game folder you’ll see that the OnlineFix64.dll is indeed missing, even when you tried to unpack it into the game folder. it should be located right at the root of the game folder, same folder where the enshrouded.exe is located. If that’s not the case go into MS Defender and allow the file to restore it. After that it will work 100%. Never had problems that weren’t caused by MS Defender removing a falsely flagged file.

       If it interests you the crack works by replacing the steam API library located in steam_api64.dll with a custom made version. That library is used by the game to integrate with steam and it’s functionalities which include DRM and online play. The code is modified in a way that it basically looks for another game that every owns for DRM verification instead of looking for the one you actually play. It has to be this file because the executable is looking for a file with exactly this name at startup to include it’s functionality. But I guess this file is basically only used as a loaded and entry point for the actual fix that is in OnlineFix64.dll. It does this by looking at the file dlllist included in the Fix and additionally loading every library listed in there. This file obvious list the OnlineFix64.dll to include and because it’s missing you get the error that it can’t load the full from the list and the game nor the online fix will work.

       Gotcha. I always make sure to disable annoying windows defender settings every time I try to install any type of crack, that’s why I was so confused

       I will try again but this time I’ll manually allow it and see how it goes!

    Hi.

    Just installed the game and i launching him from “steamclient_loader.exe” i cannot access cause a fail appears saying that the graphics are not compatible.

    How i can fix it? is not sense cause i can play every new game with my pc.
