   I did the update just like with the latest ones, but now when i start the game, it stays in the white screen with the game mouse cursor, before the initial credits, and doesnt load, any help please? Thank you,

   I just realized that Windows Defender was blocking one archive at the moment of decompressing the files, just fixed it and the update works fine, thanks!

    Guys, for those getting the white screen – Its because your antivirus software messed with the files. Your windows defender or whatver anti-V software you use decided to delete some files from the update, making it broken.

    The fix is simple – Either disable your antivirus while you are patching or make an exception for the update and all files in the update folders. Then re the whole update again after deleting the previous one you ed, and use the newer update file to update your game again. It will work the second time, as long as your antivirus software plays nice. eitehr disable it for 15 mins while you update or make exception for it.

    Guys, for those of you with white screen problems, the issue is that your anti-virus software messed up the update. Your anti-V software mistook it for a trojan and deleted some files in the update, thats why it messed up.

    Solution is simple – disable your antivirus software prior to updating, or make an exception for the update and all files in the update. Then, this update again, fresh . Delete the previous update, the one that didnt work for you and use the newew one you just downlaoded to patch your game again, it will work. so the solution is to do the update all over again, from a fresh , while your anti-v is diasabled. just turn it off for 15 mins while updating. It will work

    Didn’t work for me so I had to restore my old files. This is what I got from the FileWithError.txt:

    “This is a list of the files that got some kind of Error during the xdelta patching process –

    — ERROR — Patching of the file “Game\Data0.bdt” has Failed !!”

    Can confirm that disabling Anti-Virus (in my case I use Bitdefender) or Windows Defender did not work. Still comes up with Patching error of Data0.bdt. Happens with both CS and p2p. People might better off just ing the whole game.

      i found out what cause the problem at least for me the problem was that i have version 1.03 but in requirements says its need game version 1.03.1 i totally missed this update its kinda weird so i and install the misdate version 1.03.1 and then i install the latest one 1.03.2 with no problem

        I’ve installed 1.03.1, and it still failed… Antivirus is off, I waited until it finished, got 350 GB free space…

        I don’t know what’s wrong…

    Anyone having issues with white screen must read. You gotta let the update finish it’s work. Just because it gets quite after 1 file, doesn’t mean it’s done updating. The moment you close the window thinking hey it’s done after 1 file being updated, that is when it all goes wrong. Let it finish it’s job, it tells you when it’s done updating. Learn to read how many files it will update in right corner(ex 1/5, 2/5 or 1/2, 2/2). Don’t be an idiot, because the updates work. Only you are too stupid to read, simple instructions.

    Thanks! Works great for me. Although the update could take a while to finish but the best thing to do is to wait and let it do its thing. Don’t cancel or exit it or it could mess up your files and force you to redo the update or even reinstall the game.
