And now let me reveal a secret about the game: the zombies are in fact woke activists, and the student protecting the house is a normal guy. Look I know they should all have colored hair, be more diverse and fat, but the publisher of the game wouldn’t allow it cause it would stir controversy and Blackrock wouldn’t allow it on the market. It’s a great game actually. It’s funny to see woke people protecting it not knowing what the game actually is. There are Easter Eggs out there for the most perceptive, not gonna say more than that.

[ Game got review bombed on launch so I was skeptic at first but I decided to try it after watching some videos on it.
DO NOT GO INTO THIS GAME EXPECTING A PROJECT ZOMBOID EXPERIENCE
Other than that, this game is surprisingly fun, I have never played a zombie game that’s set in the limbo between peace and total apocalypse and this game is exactly that, you are in a city on the verge of being overrun but the military and police are still active in the area and there are fortified survivor camps scattered around the map. The city feels very alive and immersive with the NPCs, the size of city is actually massive and there are tons of areas you can explore. Overall, I’d say it feel rough around the edges but the core gameplay is actually very strong, it’s like a mix of project zomboid with 7 days to die.
Dev is working like a machine and craking out updates literally everyday, which is insane, for that I have trust in the game’s future and look forward to future content.]

I wanted a new, open world zombie game that lets you build your character up, hunt down better gear, doesn’t rush you with timers, lets you handle the hordes as you see fit, and has the kind of looting that rewards you for the time and effort put in.
This game delivers all that very well, plus I think has an engaging story.
I’m loving the experience.
