Because it has decent battle system, battle mechanics, variety of enemies that keep changing. New characters have unique play style and actual impact on battles. Shitty graphics and I skip all story. All I need is enjoyable game. Most AA games have amazing graphics, daily soap like storyline, but shitty battle system and same enemies repeating with different skins. They feel like walking simulators with dozen of fetch quests. This game is way better than those. I prefer gameplay over graphics and story.

From my point of view the game looks really weak, ridiculous. Visually it’s ok. But the dialogue, character design, game mechanics, story… garbage. The only thing missing is an accordion and chicken laying eggs everywhere to complete the stupid french twist here. It’s like a retard took some good base tools and threw them at a room of monkeys and this was what they shit out.
I just finished a decent game, Control. I thought it was pretty good in all areas and consider it one of the better games i’ve played so far this year. I’m on Alan Wake right now and having a hard time returning to it because i’m being forced to play as a black female homicide detective wandering around the woods looking for clues in a murder case. I don’t think i can stomach playing the game again since i ed it specifically because it’s made by the same producers as Control and it’s nothing like it.
