   For anyone having trouble with the language being Russian, look in the game’s root folder, find steamemu.ini, the only ini file in the folder and double-click on it. Then it should open in notepad. Press (Ctrl+F) and a word finder box with appear. Click in the box and type “Language” and press enter. You should find the word highlighted in blue and the word Russian after the semicolons like this: *Language: Russian*. Delete the word Russian and type English. Save and then you’re done! Now open the game and it should be in English!

   You can change the language while instaling the game
   When you have window :
   CIty Car Driving
   -Язык игры (Game language)
   and check английский (English)
   Sorry for my bad English.
