   No ree and instructions on how to run and fix “RuntimeError”. So here are instructions how I solved it below on Windows 11.

   Hold down the shift key and right click in a blank space in “Burden.of.Command-P2P” the directory, then in the context menu select Open Powershell/Terminal window here.
   Then input the following command + press Enter:
   dir -Recurse | Unblock-File

   P.S. Also might want to install python3, directx runtime, vc_redist.x86.exe, vc_redist.x64.exe just in case. I had it preinstalled from previous games so just google it.
