A: yes.
I love women, have no problem with them in authoritarian positions, as Warriors, and no problem with males unlocking or discovering an effeminate side, so I know I am not sexist BUT I personally can never be immersed in a game where you must be a female character. I would love if this female protagonist was maybe a male protagonists partner or commander. Like I said it’s not a hateful thing, so I still play tomb raider, etc; just have trouble getting immersed when this is the case. So, respect to females that deal with having to play as males especially if they go through similar feelings.

@Alan : Never thought about it that way, but I totally get you. I usually play female characters because of obvious reasons, yet I that when I played Dragon Age, for instance, I had a totally different rapport with the game with a female PC than with a male PC – felt much more immersed in the latter case. Because there is a difference between playing a character and playing *with* a character.
Must indeed be though for female players from that perspective.

Hey playing as a women is fine for awhile (if there is a nice ass to look at), but now 3/4 of the games now you have to play as a women. If you gay boys want to identify as female player (what a shock) go for it. How about a choice?

Okeeeey, after some research i can tell it’s the exact game as the early access, just some fixes and that’s it, this game is more like a demo for the next game in the same universe. For a second i was mindfucked thinking i did something wrong or it was bugged but it’s all good. Good game nontheless, and if you buy it now, (this demo-game) you’ll get for free the full game when it comes out. Good game!

@Alan that mean you like to role play as the protagonist in the game. Nothing wrong with roleplaying being easier if the gender same as you that’s why you feel more immersive. But not all game need to be roleplayed to be enjoy, just enjoy the gameplay as third person maybe you can more immerse with that method.

anyone having reset issue. my computer shuts down when episode starts in less then one minute. i can play doom eternal for hours nothing happening.
