   It’s a JRPG made with RPG Maker, but they did a really nice job on it. It’s like a quality RPG made during the SNES era. I played the original: it’s arguably one of the best RPG Maker games out there.

    For fuck sake RPGmaker is an obsolete shit made in 2000 with no noticeable changes on updated
    ver beside OS compatible.

    And those shitty lazy ass dev still using it to this day because they are too fucking lazy to use real
    engine or learn to how actually code a game.
    But who gives a fuck, all they want is easy cash.

    As a gamer who came of age owning a Super Nintendo and who fucking loves emulation arguably even more than modern games, I have zero problem with games like this in the modern day. I wouldn’t BUY it, but I don’t care that it exists. I don’t especially understood the people who do care that such a game exists, even if it IS 2020.

    It’s not like if the developer didn’t make this then they’d have made GTA VI instead. I deduced that much, because if they had the talent to make such a game, then they would be making such a game, but instead they’re making SNES-like pseudo-JRPGs. If this game didn’t exist, there simply would be one less game in the world, that’s all. Or at most there would be another, similar game in it’s place. And although there’s a good argument for quality over quantity, this game appears to be getting good reports, therefore I’m tentatively putting it on the ‘Quality’ pile.

    So, fuck it. Absolute no point getting yourself all bent out of shape.
