To fix the save game issue:
1. Go to the game’s install directory. (Where the executable is located. AkibaUU.exe)
2. Create a new folder. Name it “SteamEmu” (without quotation marks.)
3. Open the new SteamEmu folder.
4. Create a new folder. Name it “Saves” (without quotation marks.)
5. ????
6. Profit.
