   With this game, the same thing happened to me as with Frostpunk 2. The graphics are better, but everything is so automated that the immersive effect and joy are gone. It’s a shame because, like Frostpunk 2, Endzone 2 had so much potential.

   If you have a black screen after loading but still hear sound from the game, open the file:

   Endzone2_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_settings\configs.overlay.ini

   with a text editor and change

   enable_experimental_overlay=1

   to

   enable_experimental_overlay=0

   That worked for me.
