Edit the “Steam_emu.ini” from main folder not the x64 folder

Of the several different versions of this game it appears RUNE is the only one who knows what they are doing and the game does not have the “buy the fucking game popup” after playing for a while. THANKS RUNE . perhaps you would do the 1.3 update as nobody else seems to be able to figure it out. thanks.
