After having read up to the last comment, I doubt this will work but I want to give it a try anyway.
1ste problem: no seeders
2nd problem will probably one of those listed here already, but I’ll keep you guys posted if I manage to install it and if it is running properly.
It works 100%, but you will have to change some things:
1. the torrent
2. mount DISK 1, unmount it and mount DISK 2 when asked
3. GTA IV should now be installed in your pc.
4. Take a backup of the installed files.
5. In the installation folder, there is a map called “OfflineActivation)
–> Copy and past its content into the installation folder to replace the files.
6. v1.0.7.0. of GTA IV, anywhere to be found in Google
7. install the patch
8. now the cracked “paul.dll” by Zens0red

9. Games for Windows Marketplace

10. the keygenerator with the xox.reg file and RGSC.exe file

11. Create a Windows LIVE (free).
Now for this all to work, do the following:
A. The files from “OfflineActivation” should already in copied from step (5.)
B. Make sure it is updated to version 1.0.7.0 as told in step (6.)
C. Paste “paul.dll” into the installation folder
–> it will replace the paul.dll from razor with the paul.dll from Zens0red
D. extract the “GTA4.RGSC.Online.Fix.V2-Royalgamer06.rar” into the installation folder.
–> replace if asked
E. Install Games for Windows Marketplace and see if in works with the created .
–> if not (as was the case for me) do the following:
E – a. go to your clock bottom-right, click it > settings > internettime > change settings > synchronise “time.windows.com”.
E – b. reboot your pc.
F. In the installation folder, double click xox.reg, and apply everything.
G.5.Delete the xlive.dll and/or 1911.dll, if present
H. double click RGSC.exe and to social club, create an if you don’t have any and go for Play(offline) – button.
I. once it closes, double click the LaunchGTAIV.exe.
J. the game should work.
K. press play but first thing to do is logging into the Windows Live Marketplace with the you created as described in (11.) (It is needed to autosave the game and get achievements.
–> while in, it will ask for a serial code: generate the key with the keygenerator that you extracted into the installation folder as told in step (D.)
